Bachir Attar

Bachir Attar, born in 1964, is a Moroccan musician and the charismatic leader of The Master Musicians of Jajouka. Hailing from the small village of Jajouka in the Djebala hills of Northern Morocco, Attar is a custodian of one of the world's oldest musical traditions, carrying on the legacy of his father, Hadj Abdesalam Attar.
