Yosuke Sato

Yosuke Sato is a renowned Japanese jazz saxophonist and two-time Grammy award winner, currently based in New York. Born in Tokyo, his musical journey began with the jazz guitar in high school before transitioning to the trumpet in university. Debuting in 1998 as part of the unit COIL with Sadayoshi Okamoto, Yosuke has since made a significant impact in the world of jazz, known for his exceptional sound engineering skills. Beyond music, Yosuke is also a professor and director at Showa Medical University, showcasing his diverse interests and expertise.
