Magdalena Hoffmann

Magdalena Hoffmann is a captivating German harpist, renowned for her intense and concentrated performances. Born in Basel, Switzerland, in 1990, she began her harp journey at the tender age of six. Magdalena's musical prowess has led her to perform with prestigious orchestras and at esteemed festivals worldwide. As the principal harpist of the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra since 2018, she has also made a significant impact as an exclusive recording artist with Deutsche Grammophon, with her debut album "Nightscapes" earning an "Opus Klassik" award in 2022. Her second album, "Fantasia," was released in September 2024, showcasing her unique ability to channel the Baroque spirit of improvisation on the harp.
