Lars-Ake Franke-Blom

Lars-Åke Franke-Blom is a Swedish composer and speech therapist, born on April 4, 1941, in Norrköping. Self-taught as a composer, he has honed his craft under the guidance of Nils Eriksson. Franke-Blom's work spans a wide range of genres and instruments, including concertos for cello, viola, and contrabasso, as well as his notable Symphony No. 1 for large youth orchestras.
