Particularly known for his roles in bel canto operas, Flórez's fluid, expressive singing and dazzling virtuosity have captivated audiences worldwide. His musical journey began in Lima and continued at the prestigious Curtis Institute in Philadelphia. Beyond his operatic prowess, Flórez is also the President of Sinfonia por el Peru and the Artistic Director of the Rossini Opera Festival.
