Havana Meets Kingston is a vibrant musical collaboration that bridges the rich cultural heritage of Cuba and Jamaica. Initiated by Australian producer Mista Savona, this project brings together an all-star cast of musicians from both islands, creating a unique fusion of reggae, dancehall, son, and salsa. The first album, released in 2017, was recorded at the iconic EGREM Studios in Cuba and features an impressive lineup of artists such as Clinton Fearon, Randy Valentine, Barbarito Torres, and Changuito, among others. Havana Meets Kingston Part 2 continues this musical journey, offering a captivating blend of traditional and contemporary sounds. With its infectious rhythms and soulful melodies, Havana Meets Kingston offers a sonic experience that celebrates the shared spirit and artistic brilliance of these two distinct island nations.
