Gerard Cousins

Gerard Cousins is a Welsh guitarist, composer, and arranger celebrated for his mastery of the classical guitar and his innovative arrangements. Born in Brecon, Cousins studied music at the University of Leeds and ARTEZ Conservatorium in the Netherlands, honing his skills and developing his unique musical voice. He has gained international acclaim for his virtuosic performances and his ability to transcribe complex works for the guitar, notably becoming the first to successfully adapt Philip Glass's piano music for the instrument.
