Francesco Pierotti is a multifaceted artist who wears many hats. Primarily, he is a skilled violinmaker based in Cesena, Italy, where he crafts, restores, and maintains classical string instruments. His violins, like the one made in 2023, are known for their deep, clear sound and ease of play. Pierotti's journey into violin making began at the Scuola Maestri Liutai e Archettai, where he honed his craft.

Beyond his work as a luthier, Francesco is also a musician, leading the Francesco Pierotti Trio, a post-bop ensemble that has released popular tracks like "A Tear In My Soul" and "Fugata." His academic background is equally impressive, having studied theoretical philosophy at the Università Di Torino and attended the Liceo Classico Plinio Il Vecchio.
