Evis Sammoutis is a Cyprus-born, multi-award-winning composer and guitarist who has made a significant impact on the contemporary music scene. With over 40 international accolades to his name, his works have been performed by renowned ensembles such as Ensemble Modern, Klangforum Wien, and the Arditti Quartet. Currently, Evis serves as an Assistant Professor of Composition at Ithaca College in New York and is the Artistic Director of the Pharos Arts Foundation, promoting contemporary music in Cyprus and beyond.
