Emanuele Maniscalco is an Italian jazz pianist, drummer, and composer known for his adventurous spirit and exploratory approach to modern creative jazz and rock. Born in Brescia in 1983, Maniscalco began his musical journey at the age of 8, starting with the piano and later picking up the drums at 12. His deep-rooted passion for jazz and improvised music led him to study at the Accademia Nazionale del Jazz di Siena and the Conservatorio ‘Luca Marenzio,’ where he honed his skills and developed his unique sound. Maniscalco's music is characterized by its oblique and experimental nature, blending elements of jazz and pop in innovative ways. He has performed and recorded with some of the most influential musicians in Italy and beyond, showcasing his versatility and musical prowess.
