Born on May 30, 1965, Daleema is renowned for her soulful devotional songs that span both Christian and Hindu traditions, as well as her contributions to Malayalam pop music. She made her debut as a playback singer in the 1997 film "Kalyanappittannu" with the title track "Thechi Malar Kadukalil," composed by Raveendran. Her discography includes beloved tracks like "Manjumasa Pakshi" from "Krishnakudiyil Oru Pranayakalathu" and "Ee Thennalum Thingalum" from "Nee Varuvolam." Beyond her musical career, Daleema has also ventured into politics, serving as the District Vice President of the Alappuzha District Panchayat and currently representing the Aroor constituency as an M.L.A.
