About Francis Grier
Francis Grier is a distinguished English composer and psychoanalyst, renowned for his significant contributions to both fields. As a composer, Grier's work is deeply rooted in the choral and requiem genres, showcasing his profound musicality and emotional depth. His compositions, such as 'Anthem For Saint Cecilia's Day' and 'A Celebration of All Saints', have been commissioned and performed by esteemed musicians, highlighting his standing in the classical music world.
Before his psychoanalytic career, Grier was a prolific organist, serving at prestigious institutions like Christ Church Cathedral, Oxford, and King's College, Cambridge.
