Her talents extended beyond the stage, earning her a Daytime Emmy for her role in the ABC Afterschool Special "Cindy Eller: A Modern Fairy Tale" in 1986. Bailey's musical prowess also hit the charts with her rendition of "Takes Two to Tango" in 1952. Beyond her entertainment career, Bailey served as a special ambassador to the United Nations, earning her the title "The Ambassador of Love."
